This site is run by RAPSOC, the Rap, Hip-Hop & RnB Society at UNSW Sydney. By using it, or buying anything through it, you agree to what follows. Contact for anything here is rapsocunsw@gmail.com.

Buying merch

• Prices are in Australian dollars and include our payment processing costs.
• Stock is limited and reserved only once you reach checkout. If you abandon checkout, your reservation is released after about half an hour and the size goes back on sale.
• Your order is confirmed when payment settles, not when you finish the checkout form. Some payment methods settle later, and until they do the order stays pending.
• We may cancel and refund an order if an item turns out to be unavailable or a price was listed incorrectly.

Getting your order

Everything is handed over in person, either on campus or at a time and place we arrange with you. There is no postage and no delivery charge. We will contact you at the email address on the order to sort it out.

Refunds and returns

Nothing here reduces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, significantly different from what was described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Beyond that, we are a student society running small limited batches, so we cannot generally accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges once an item is handed over. If you have ordered the wrong size, email us before the hand-off and we will swap it if we still have your size.

Community reviews

You need a Google account to post. What you post is public and attached to your name. Keep it civil: no harassment, no hate speech, no doxxing, no spam, no impersonation, and nothing illegal.

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you give us permission to display it on the site. We can remove any post and suspend any account, at our discretion, usually without warning if it breaks the rules above.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not script the checkout. We rate-limit requests and will block abuse.

Our content

The RAPSOC name, logo, written reviews and event photography belong to the society and its contributors. Album artwork and music belong to their respective rights holders and appear here for commentary and review. If you own something on this site and want it taken down, email rapsocunsw@gmail.com and we will act promptly.

No guarantees

The site is provided as is. We run it on a volunteer basis and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the terms that apply to an order are the ones in force when you placed it.
